Personalized Addiction TreatmentPersonalized Addiction Treatment

Changing Tides Treatment offers a personalized program of care for those struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. We know that every individual has their own story, and may have unique needs to be met. We’ve built our treatment program with these individual differences in mind.

With a regular schedule of treatment and care, we also strive to meet our residents exactly where they are. Our team of caring professionals will listen to you, seek to understand, and help you meet your treatment goals. From therapeutic goals to developing life skills, our clinicians will help you address your goals, difficulties, and growth.

Continuity of Care

When you move through our program, you will meet with the same treatment team throughout your journey. Unlike many other treatment models, our clients have the opportunity to have the same therapist in residential treatment as they do in outpatient treatment. This continuity of care helps each client connect with their treatment team, rather than having to build trust repeatedly with new clinicians.

Changing Tides offers multiple levels of care, including:

As you progress through treatment and re-integrate, your treatment team with be with you each step of the way. As we move from residential treatment to sober living and outpatient, our needs change. Here at Changing Tides, our therapists and staff will see you through this process and continue to work with you to achieve your goals.

Holistic Approaches to Meet Needs

There are many different treatment models out there, and we like to offer a mix of different methods to our clients. We offer holistic treatment options, including meditation, yoga, outings when in sober living, and various types of therapy. Our therapists are trained in DBT, CBT, trauma counseling, and more.
