Berkeley Dains CATC III, CIP, BS

A nationally Certified Mental Health and Addictions Interventionist (CIP) and holds a BS in Psychology. He is a current student in the Amen Clinic’s Masters Healthy Brain Program where he is learning about the neuro- biological  effects of addiction on the brain and how to reverse those effects by implementing targeted treatments designed specifically to treat the deficiencies caused by traumatic brain injury and drug dependence.

Bobby Campbell

Bobby Campbell joined the Changing Tides team in 2018, bringing over 23 years of Executive Operations and Marketing Experience to Changing Tides Treatment. Bobby is a well-known businessman internationally working with numerous Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries including, Treatment and Recovery, Media, Movies, Music, Publicity, Publishing and Real Estate, companies worldwide. Bobby is hugely passionate about finding a way to help everyone that is suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Melanie Boyko MRAS, CADC-II-CA
Clinical Director

Melanie has worked in the field of chemical dependency and dual diagnosis for over twelve years and is proud to step into her new role as Clinical Director at Changing Tides. She brings a wealth of training and education in all aspects of treatment to her position, and has created Clinical Teams, Utilization Review departments, and acted as Program Director for other programs.
Melanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious Barrett Honors College at ASU, and has formal training in Marriage and Family Therapy from CSUN.

Doctor Tipu is a board certified Family Physician and board eligible Addiction Specialist. As a primary care provider, he understands the complexity of addiction and how it interacts with all aspects of health. He completed an obstetrics fellowship and has a special interest in addiction during pregnancy and is the county’s only pregnancy addiction specialist.

Nina Gibson
Executive Assistant/ Admissions Specialist

Nina Gibson is a compassionate individual that sees the good and worth in everyone.  She is a graduate of Park University with a BA in Criminal Justice and BS in Social Psychology.  She continues her educational endeavors as a full-time Master’s student.  Her primary studies have focused on drug recidivism, abnormal psychology, and domestic violence.  The values dearest to Nina include accountability, honesty, humanity, and integrity. Nina is a vital part of the Changing Tides Treatment Team and is an incredible advocate for anybody struggling with substance abuse and behavior disorders.
